Terms of Service
These terms describe how Shark handles website inquiries, sourcing discussions, catalog requests and preliminary OEM/ODM project communication.
Website information
The information on this website is provided for B2B sourcing reference. Product descriptions, capability statements, category examples, certification pathways and lead-time comments are general planning information unless confirmed in a written quotation or project agreement. Shark may update content, category scope or service descriptions as appliance programs and market requirements change.
RFQ and project communication
Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase agreement. A sourcing project begins only after both parties confirm scope, commercial terms, product requirements, certification responsibilities, sample cost, tooling requirements and delivery expectations in writing. Any target timing shared before that confirmation should be treated as an estimate.
Intellectual property and private-label materials
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that brand names, logos, packaging artwork, product claims and marketplace content supplied to Shark are authorized for their use. Shark will treat project materials as confidential for sourcing evaluation, but formal non-disclosure terms should be signed before sensitive design files, commercial strategy or proprietary specifications are exchanged.
Compliance responsibility
Compliance requirements vary by country, sales channel and product type. Shark can support documentation planning and testing pathways, but final import, retail and marketplace obligations must be confirmed by the buyer's compliance team, test laboratory or local counsel. Claims should not be printed on packaging or listings until supporting evidence is confirmed.
Limitation
This website is not a consumer warranty portal, repair desk or retail store. It is intended for professional buyers seeking appliance sourcing support. Shark is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on preliminary website information without a written project confirmation.
